We serve homemade food, bake bread, cinnamon rolls and cakes, while at the same time we want to offer local and locally sourced goods and traditional dishes such as sour cream porridge, cured meats and trout from Tyinvannet. It is also important to us to offer good vegetarian food. Reducing food waste to a minimum is a matter of course.
