Boat trip on Bygdin

M / B Bitihorn has been a regular route on Lake Bygdin since 1912. The boat runs twice daily between Eidsbugarden and Bygdin, and stops at Torfinnsbu.

The trip is a beautiful journey where passengers can see many of Jotunheimen's 2000-meter peaks.

If you want to combine the boat trip with a hike, we would recommend taking the M / B Bitihorn from Eidsbugarden to Torfinnsbu to go the 6 hour long hike on the east side of Galdebergtind via Eidsbugarden and back to Tyinholmen.

Another option is to take the M / B Bitihorn to Bygdin, then take the trip to Gjendesheim and go the famous trip across Besseggen.
